In her role as Chief Compliance Officer, Tiffany ensures that FFP operates with the highest level of integrity and adheres to industry regulations, protecting both the firm and its clients. She is also an integral member of the Investment Committee, where she helps drive portfolio strategy, evaluate market trends, and optimize investment opportunities.

Beyond financial advising, Tiffany plays a crucial role in the firm's operations, preparing tax returns to help clients navigate complex tax considerations while maximizing their financial efficiency. She also manages all human recsource functions, fostering a strong and supportive workplace culture for the team at FFP.

Her passion for financial planning, commitment to compliance, and leadership in firm operations make Tiffany an invaluable part of FFP.

Due to the loss of her 1st husband who was a firefighter for 24 years and passed away from cancer, she has a passion for widows and personal experience in the estate planning process.  This lead Tiffany tto becoming the FOunder and President of the F.I.R.E. Cancer Foundation to sid Firefighters and their families through cancer diagnosis.

Tiffany graduated from University of Wisconsin River Falls in 1995. She currently resides in Elk River, MN with her three daughters and husband. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, boating at their cabin, traveling, coaching girls basketball and spending time with her family and friends.
